Organic Blueberry Powder
This mildly-flavoured blueberry powder is a convenient way of getting the antioxidant benefits of blueberries when they are out of season. Simply add a teaspoon or two to a smoothie or mix into yoghurt or porridge.
The deep colour of blueberry powder makes it a great natural food colouring and works brilliantly for cake icing and frostings.
