BY BECOMING A SOURCE CLUB MEMBER YOU CAN EARN POINTS AND REDUCE YOUR GROCERY BILL.

The Terms and Conditions set out in this document concern the operation of The Source Bulk Foods Source Club, the use of the The Source Bulk Foods Source Club and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the The Source Bulk Foods Source Club.

Individuals who join the The Source Bulk Foods Source Club and/or redeem rewards are deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and are legally bound by the Terms and Conditions.

SOURCE CLUB

By applying the Source Club for every purchase you will earn reward points that you can redeem on subsequent visits in exchange for stock or rewards offers for which you are eligible. Being a Source Club member will also mean you’re eligible for other benefits as communicated by The Source Bulk Foods from time to time.

To become a Source Club member with The Source Bulk Foods visit your nearest store where signing up is quick and easy. You don’t need to carry a card as we create a specific profile for you in our system. That means less things for you to carry, and importantly no additional plastic waste.  All Source Club members are required to give their name, a phone number and email address (optional) in order to become a member. We will send you marketing communications and special promotions from time to time.

The Source Bulk Foods Source Club is for in-store use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or specials, unless specifically advised. The Source Club is limited to the UK, and cannot be redeemed in Source stores outside the UK.

Joining The Source Bulk Foods Source Club and applying the Source Club to your shop, whether to earn or spend points, will be deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

EARNING POINTS

Points are earned on every purchase when your Source Club details are inputted into our point of sale system. Points are awarded based on the net cost of the goods you are purchasing and the product type. The minimum number of points awarded will be 1 point per dollar spent, each point having a 5 cent value. In-store promotions may also be available from time to time.

Accumulation limit is 2000 points ($100).  Accumulated points are void if the account is inactive for 3 months or more.

Simply enter your Source Club number when completing your purchases at the till. You must input your Source Club details in order for your rewards account to be identified so that any points being earned by you can be accrued to your account. Points are then added to your account.

You can check how many points/dollars have accrued anytime your Source Club is inputted through our point of sale system.

REDEEMING OFFERS

You may use your accrued points at any time when making a purchase by asking our team member to do so.

Source Club members can redeem their accrued points to purchase product or deduct the accrued monetary value off their sale at any time.

The terms of the Redemption Offer may vary at The Source Bulk Foods’s discretion.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel your Source Club membership in person at the store or by contacting your nearest store. If a Source Club membership is cancelled, any remaining points or benefits not already redeemed by the account holder will be automatically forfeited. Only the named member has the right to cancel the Source Club. If cancelling via telephone, you will be asked to provide personal details to verify your identity.

PRIVACY

The Source Bulk Foods respects your privacy and we recognise the trust you are placing in us through your dealings with us. We collect, store and use your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) of Canada. We will only use your personal information to operate and to provide you with the membership benefits of the The Source Bulk Foods Source Club (including postal, email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter communications) and to bring you other member benefits.
