Gathia Noodles
Garlicky gathia noodles are a traditional Indian snack. Perfect for the peckish, these noodles are made from gram (chickpea) flour and maize (corn) and spiced up with some garlic and ajwain (similar to caraway) seeds. A popular alternative to spicy bombay mixes and ideal for nibbles at a party.
Ingredients:
Gram Flour, Potato Starch, Corn Flour, Vegetable Oil (rape seed), Garlic, Salt and Spices (Garlic Powder, Ajwain Seeds, Salt and Chilli Powder)
