Cashews Roasted Unsalted
These scrumptious cashews have been simply dry roasted and have no added salted. They have a mouth-watering toasted flavour and warm, nutty aroma. Delicious for snacking or added to muesli, granola, baked treats, salads and savoury dishes. Or grind these dry roasted cashews for wonderful, fresh, additive-free nut butter.
How to Use:
Roasted cashews are a delectable snack on their own or in a hikers’ mix – combined with dried fruit and seeds. Add cashew nuts to muesli, granola, or acai bowls. These cashews can be ground to make yummy additive-free unsalted nut butter, great in sandwiches, energy balls, or in place of peanuts in satay sauce.
For a little variety everyone will love – add some coconut flakes or a few cacao nibs before blending nut butter. Finely chopped cashews are great in pesto, dips and as a base for sauces.
Toss roasted cashews over salads, or add to stir-fries and curries. Cashews are a delicious addition to muffins, cakes and desserts. Chop and sprinkle over yoghurt or ice cream sundaes.
