Nutmeg is the seed of the nutmeg tree (a tropical evergreen). Ground nutmeg has a slightly sweet taste and makes a wonderful addition to cheese sauces as well as many other recipes.

How to Use:

Nutmeg can be used in sweet and spicy dishes like pies, custard, cookies spice cakes, cheese sauces, soups, egg and vegetables dishes.
