Take your stir-fry up a gear with these delicious, umami shiitake mushrooms. They are easily rehydrated to cook whole or broken into pieces for a more subtle addition.

How to Use:

Simply place the mushrooms into a heat-proof bowl and cover with freshly boiled water. They will be fully rehydrated within 10 to 20 minutes. Once rehydrated, squeeze out excess water then they can be eaten as is or added to your dish during the cooking process. We love to add the soaking water to our stock for extra flavour!
