Walnut & Cacao Nib Bliss Balls

If you are after a yummy and healthy snack then these bliss balls are fantastic! They contain cacao which will give you loads of energy and they are also high in protein.

Packed full of walnuts, dates, cacao nibs and rapadura sugar these bliss balls hit the spot.

If you are using a mixture of other nuts instead of the walnuts, you may just need to add some extra dates as the walnuts have lots of natural oils in them.

You can also add goji berries and other superfoods and roll them in coconut like I have done.

This is one of Jo Whitton's recipes from Quirky Cooking.

Enjoy!
